Again, I said we have someone who can't walk and needs a scooter. She called over another guy and he said the same thing.no valet, you must move down there.
I asked her again can I please just get my mother, who can not walk, out here. She again said 'No valet, you can't unload here.' There was only one other car in their covered area so this wasn't an issue of them being too busy. I explained we had a handicapped person who could not walk. And she pointed to a spot about 50 yards down their drive on the side of the road, in the full sun. She said, if you aren't using valet, you can't stop here.
I explained we were not but that we had a disabled elderly woman who could not walk. I exited the car to get a bellman when the valet asked if we were using valet services. A young lady pointed us to a spot to pull our car. We pulled into the large covered area at the hotel entrance so we could be in the shade while we assisted my disabled mother from the car into her scooter. We arrived at the Harrahs Casino Cherokee tower around 3:30pm on Aug 15, 2023.
